Questions & answers
Licenses, All Access, formats and installation. Straight answers, minimal small print.
Buying & licenses
What's the difference between buying a plugin and All Access?
Buying gives you a perpetual license for one plugin — it's yours to keep. All Access unlocks every Tone Division plugin, including new releases, for as long as your subscription is active.
Why does the price depend on my region?
We think pricing should fit the market you live in. Prices on the site are in EUR for the EU; the final amount in your local currency is shown at checkout, before you pay.
Is there a trial?
Yes. Every plugin has a full-featured 3-day trial, and All Access starts with 3 free days too. Enough time to try it on a real project.
All Access
How much does All Access cost?
€10 per month, or €100 per year — that's two months free compared to paying monthly.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your account and you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. No calls, no hoops.
What happens to my projects if I cancel?
Plugins from the subscription stop working until you resubscribe. To keep one for good, buy its perpetual license at any time.
Formats & compatibility
Which formats and systems are supported?
VST2, VST3 and AAX on Windows and macOS.
Which DAWs does it work in?
Any host that loads VST2, VST3 or AAX: Ableton Live, FL Studio, Cubase, Reaper, Bitwig Studio, Studio One, Pro Tools and others.
Does it work in Logic Pro?
Not yet. Logic Pro requires the AU format, which we don't currently ship.
How do I install a plugin?
Download the installer for your system from your account, run it and pick the formats you need. Then rescan plugins in your DAW.
